They are D range tires vs. the E range ratings of the Nittos/Toyos. Nothing wrong with that unless you plan to have the entire weight of your truck on 1 tire (which would be ludicrous anyways). Factory tires are often C range on half ton trucks. The other nice thing about D range is you can run them a bit lower PSI which means a nicer ride over bumps and putholes. I have noticed the Toyos are significantly stiffer on bumps than the KM2s were.

Oh well in that case I'll check out the KM2s.

Trails are more aggressive than the km2 and less expensive

Just looked into the KM2 and they are ~560 a tire! Though, some are saying they are getting 70k out of a set.

Can anyone confirm this?

If they are getting that many miles that is easily worth the money and the fact they are lighter makes me very interested in them. They also have a similar look to the trails

$560 sounds like a lot per tire. I checked on discount tire direct and that's what they were going for on there too. I won't even have my truck for another 70k miles so I'm not going to pay that much for tires. I think I'm going to go with the trail grapplers although if my truck was newer I would spend the money on the KM2's.

I got 60k out of my set of KM2s and could have pushed them to 65k if I wanted to. What size are you guys looking at that is $560? I've found the KM2s for under $400. Find the cheapest price and get places to price match, that's how I got mine cheaper.

I'm in love with my Mud Graps... I went with looks/functionality over comfort/mileage. If you don't mind a mild roar while driving, these bada55 tires are for you lol. I'm estimating that I'll get 30-40k miles out of them at their wear rate.

They do well in mud, snow, rain, gravel, dirt, etc... They also balance really well for such a large, knobby tire.

They are $560 per tire for 35s at discount direct. If I could find them for under $400 I would definitely do that because I would rather have a lighter tire.
