Talk with them about it tomorrow and see what they have to say. Maybe adding now isn't to late... but I can't imagine that was good for the clutches

Thinking it could have cause excessive or premature wear, you may be fine though. How hard are you on your truck? Also, what weight was the gear lube they used? I'm thinking your truck probably calls for 75w-90, but that weight was also prone to cause chatter in the rear. Ford later changed the specs to 75w-140.

im not too hard on it, i have never done burn outs or donuts, i have spun tires in water and grass but thats it.i have got on it a couple of times at the light but thats not very often but thats only when im listing to AC-DC...lol and when driving i try to use the cruise as much as possible. but i have no idea what they used i cant remember. i do remember it was 3 bottles and they were gray colored. i think valvoline, and i know they got it from napa since it was next door. the guy even brought over the friction stuff and it was in a white tube.

You may be fine after having them add the stuff in there. Ask them what was the weight of the lube they used in case it still chatters even after adding modifier. Just in case they used 75w-90, you could still give the heaver 75w-140 a try. The axle hold 2.5 quarts with the stock cover. I just installed a Mag-Hytec on mine and it increased the fluid capacity to 5 quarts I also used Royal Purple gear lube, it does not require any additional modifier to be added with their fluid.

At the worst the clutches will have to be changed. The clutches slip with every turn you make and grab during straight line performance when they are needed to lock. So 5 months of slipping clutches with no friction modifier.
