How do you guys decide on wheels?
I've been shopping around...thought I found the set I for sure wanted. Shopped around some more, found another set I decided I for sure wanted instead. Now since then I've found at least 2-3 other wheels I really like, and I can't even pick one as a favorite...

Well to tell you the truth all you have to do is get a 2 wheel drive that you might lower a bit and the wheel selection gets real small. Right now I am deciding between 2 that are the right width and offset and am stuck so when you figure it out share

I went through this as well.
Funny thing is, when I finally decided, I couldn't get the wheel I wanted without a long wait and they might not make it anymore.
Tire shop suggested something similar and when I looked them up, I saw the wheels I actually purchased.
Just keep looking, something will grab you.

I went back and forth with 3-4 different sets of wheels and whittled them down to what I have, think I spent about 6 months deciding before pulling the trigger.
www.tirerack.com has a simulator that lets you input your truck and all the wheels they have available so you can see what they might look like on your truck before buying.

Save the Manuals!
I spent a bit of time looking through the picture threads here and on the custom offset website. I kinda knew what size I wanted and then that helped narrow it down since some weren’t available in the wheel size I knew I was looking for since I didn’t want a crazy negative offset.

I went on several sites. Settled on Discount Tire. Knew the size and color I wanted and set those perimeters, so I searched. Every one of them. Site has a button that shows the wheels on your truck. Not hard, just time-consuming.

Can't see both sides of the truck at the same time, so just buy 2 of the one style for the driver's side, and 2 of the other for the passenger side.

Go to CustomOffsets.com
They have a huge gallery of trucks. You can filter out by damn-near anything; wheel size, tire size, wheel brand, offset, lift size.
Thats how I figured out what wheels I wanted and how big of tires I could/wanted to run.

Without digging up all the pictures...
So far I've looked at Method Double Standard (machined), Raceline Clutch (probably bronze but not sure), Mamba M14 (machined), Vision Manx 2 Overland (gray), Black Rhino Mint (gray-though to be honest these are a little more than I wanna spend). All 17's. There's probably others too I looked at but dismissed because they cost too much.
My biggest thing is I do not want black wheels, which cuts my selection by probably 75%, but there are still quite a few I like.
I have used CustomOffsets quite a bit, but a few of the wheels I picked out that I like seemingly nobody is running. The Vision Manx 2 Overland for example, I like it because it's a simple good looking wheel but I can pretty much only find pictures of it on Jeeps and a couple Tacomas.
