FWIW at this point. I found my OEM checkvalve yesterday, don't know why I Kept it. Anyway, after sitting there for about 6 months, in 80 degree weather yesterday, I tried it to see if it would work. Surprise!! It didn't.

Did you have a wheel bearing replaced or was this result that fixed the problem? I just had the dealer replace the front wheel bearing under factory warranty and not less than a month latter I'm having problems with the IWE making noises. They replaced the check valve on the last go around and a course it is not covered under the extended warranty. Getting ready to take it in again and leave it for a week.
I dont know if they had some bad knuckle casting that would lead to some air leaks around the wheel bearing, but its been 5 months now and no IWE issues.
