Yes, I did read the original post, it was woefully incomplete. If you provided the complete basis for your inquiry in the first place, it would help... not psychic.

I will be more explicit from now on with my posts. May I ask, Where are you getting the correct information? I will use it for a reference in the future. Thank you for the help.

Compass calibration is for flux-gate compasses, like the one in a standalone rear-view mirror. The compass on a factory nav system is GPS-based, so it's always recalibrating, every time another GPS pulse arrives (several hundred times per second).
So, back to your original post... WHY do (did) you think the compass needed to be calibrated? Is it obviously wrong at some location where you know what direction you're going?
