Default Adding stop leak to radiator

Where in the world is the radiator cap? I want to add stop leak but only see the reservoir tank. Is this where the stop leak should be added?

Don't.just fix the leak properly and don't add that crap to your truck. It creates more problems then it can fix

I used stop leak for years as a quick fix on our work trucks. If you do use it, use it once only. It can gum up thermostat and water pump. It never happened to be before but I heard stories of it doing it.
Where is the leak occurring? If it is the hose, water pump pressure relief valve or leaks internally don't use it. All I found it ever really fixed was pin hole leaks in the radiator itself especially if it's in a area that can't be welded.

I wouldn't. The money you save now may cost you a lot more if it plugs up your heater core!

Only use that in an emergency, I had a leaky heater core a long time ago and used some to stop the leak, worked great for a few months and added some more, got thru the summer part way, in the fall I had to add more and had no heat come winter time because the heater core was stopped up. BRRRrrrrrrrr.

P.S. The reservoir cap IS the radiator cap.

I think a have a small heater core leak. There is radiator fluid smell in the cab but no leak on the floor and the windshield does not fog up due to the leak. That's why I thought I could get by with with the stop leak stuff.

I am having the same problem, the heater core. No leaks that I can find and no fogging of the windshield. Just a smell of radiator fluid in the cab.

Black pepper will also stop a small leak and is not as bad as the stop leak stuff. I learned about the pepper trick after I had already stopped up the heater core with stop leak.

Small can from grocery store and dump it in.
