Well.........

Saturday I did front brakes. Wagner Thermo-quite And got my auxiliary reverse lights mounted and wired. I decided to try it without a relay because I couldn't find a relay connector.

Got all "rock" lights mounted...... easy enough I drilled holes in the bumper supports for the fronts and for the rear I used a hole already in a support beam for the bed.

I'm hoping to get it wired this weekend, and will send pics once it is wired. However I'm having trouble finding a relay and relay connector like what I have always used in the past. I hate just putting on terminals and wiring that way.. It doesn't look good enough for me....

We'll see though, I've been so busy at work lately..... I don't have much ambition for wrenching on the weekend.

Yeah, that's what the neons/LEDs under Ricers are called :P But on a Jeep/4x4, they're rock lights. They're used to illuminate any off road obstacles while night wheeling, they're not for looks.

Yeah- wish it had it done already, been a really busy year at work- and even though I love toying with the truck, the last thing I want to do after I get off work is touch a wrench.

However, I'm getting new tires next week and I may actually need the rock lights now that my brother is back state-side, and brought his jeep with him from Hawaii..

Nice, I've been busy with school, not much time to tinker with the truck, especially in 30 degree or less whether

Well since you bumped this thread, I'll go ahead and tell you this (even though it's a little embarrassing). After I got my 2011 Lariat with Max Tow mirrors and happened to see this thread, I thought - What a good idea, puddle lights. Some day I may get around to doing this. 6 months later I happened to be looking up at the bottom while washing my truck and discovered, I already have them. THAT'S HOW F*****G HELPFUL THEY ARE. I would suggest before you go to the effort, go look at one in the dark and see how much good it does. I never knew I had them by how helpful they were at lighting up puddles. How sad.......

Put 55w lights under there then worth doing, its worth overdoing. At that point it may light up the puddles on the other side of the street too
