Default Tick noise

What would be causing a "tick" noise coming from the bottom of the truck?
It only happens if I am at a red light or I'm in a parking lot at a complete stop and I gradually give the truck acceleration. I hear (1) tick as the truck accelerates and I don't hear it again.
It does not happen every single time but I have noticed it happening lately.
It almost sounds like there might be just a little bit of slop in the shaft where it engages in to the gearbox and I'm get in a metal on metal contact just that one time after I come to a complete stop

A spun bearing, but that usually affects a truck when you let off, not accelerate

My 5.4s would usually tick at start-up but after oil pressure was up then noise went away.

^^ it's not from engine. It sounds like it's coming from under the truck area.
