Default Please help!! Stalling at idle

Ok so i'm completely lost with my truck. I have a 1986 f150 2wd 302 with AOD transmission. It hesitates and sort of "jumps" when at higher speeds while accelerating (like 50mph or more.. the faster and more gas I give it the more obvious it gets). Also the truck stalls out alot when slowing down(like driving thru a parking lot) or stopped but in gear (like a stoplight) making it hard to get to work as i work downtown at a hospital. Here is a list of what has been replaced, checked to be good, or fixed
: Replaced torque convereter
replaced all sparks plugs
checked plug wires and found them to be good
Replaced distrbutor cap and rotor
Removed, cleaned, checked, and reinstalled injectors
New fuel filter
New fuel pump new waterpump and thermostat
New air filter
Checked all fuel lines for any leaks or kinks
checked the fuel pressure regulator for fuel leaking thru the diaphram, no leak
Replaced coil/coil pack

What else would be causing this? It runs great on the highway at speed while i'm cruising. When it does stall out it will start right back up. Also if i gas it imediatly after startup it will roast the tires with all the power i would expect. At a stop when it starts to bog down if i veeeeerrrrryyyy lightly press the gas it will hesitate then take off like normal, but if i give it too much it will just cut out and die. It runs better when the weather is cooler and the truck is cooled down, like in the morning on my way to work.

It may be unrelated but i also keep loosing coolant. Not sure how but i have to add water/coolant after every few trips to/from work. I thought maybe head gasket leak into a cylinder but nothing else points to that. No white smoke or water dripping from exhaust and no bubbles in the radiator. I do notice a small puddle show up under the truck sometime after driving but i only notice it when it's too late to figure out where it came from.

My #1 priority is to fix the stalling but obviously everything fixed would be nice

Any ideas?

1st thought is EGR. See if it is moving freely by applying vacuum to the port on top of the EGR. You should be able to hear it clunk.
Before you do that you might want to run the self test diagnostic / code retrieval routine. See tutorial link in my signature.

Also look around your water pump to see if you notice any coolant around there! Could be bad water pump. Or just a crack in the plastic radiator those like to crack usually around the necks.

I pulled the egr off and its sll gunked up. Not just the calve but the tubing it's maybe 1/3 what it should be due to build up. I can suck on the vacuum and hear/feel the plunger move but i don't think it is closing all the way.

Ok so i ceaned the egr valve and reinstalled it. After a short highway trip the high end hesitation during acceleration is gone but it still dies out at stop lights. It's been getting worst and worst by the day. Now it's almost every stop light. Still haven't read codes as i can't find my test light.

Have you tested the ignition coil resistance?

You should put more importance on the coolant leak. A mess up there can cost you an engine. Water pumps can leak with no pressure on system but test OK when pressurized. Look from under the truck at where the lower hose attaches to pump, look for stains.

TPS/IAC clean them and re-install...check your bi-pass hose from your water pump to the manifold...also look at your pump like stated above...there's a weep hole under the pump which will leak when they are starting to go bad.
