I would check the grounds first. After that look into the turn signal solenoid. Check your power cable to the starter and make sure it's not frayed/corroded. Also check the dimmer switch for the brights.

Do all of the turn signals come on?

Everything works/ has worked, left work on break a little bit ago blinkers blinked very slow, got home left it running, and on my way back they turned on, just no blinking, also noticed dash lights were really dim compared to normal. Forgot to mention that the radio I installed is aftermarket, and I looked earlier and the fuse on the back were the pigtail plugs in is blown, put it back in with intent to fix in near future. Could it be that I have a bad ground for the radio?

Make sure all the fuses are pushed all the way in. Make sure you cd player is grounded correctly. And that you have the correct voltage comming out if the altornator. And check your voltage regulator. Those screw up and cause tons of weird problems.

What power wire did you tap into for the radio? and did you solder it or just butt connect it?

Used a walmart install kit, just grounded it to part of the dash framework where there was a screw, and I used butt connectors

Did you use a blue eyelet for the ground? Might want to run another 16ga wire from that ground to a known ground under the dash. Just extra insurance to rule out the cd player.

EDIT** are your battery terminals a clamp on wire style or the factory soldered ones?

Used the supplied "fork" style end that came on the pigtail with the unit.
And there bolt on ones. This pickup has never had an issue starting until I installed the radio (dad owned it before me)

Ok, so the radio started the problem. It has 2 power wires right? one for ACC and the other a constant power supply? Did you pull on any of the old wiring when you installed the new kit into the existing wiring? The reason I say that is the casing might be brittle enough to allow a wire to short out. You can try to route a power wire "jumper" to the constant supply for the radio to eliminate that possibility.
