Default Hazards not blinking?

When I turn on my hazards they dont blink. Just on like if they were the running lights. Tried it with the normal lights on and off and no change. I would think it was the signal fuse but my turn signals work like normal. Also when I bought the truck the fuse was done for so the signals were fast. Think I just need another fuse or there is a bigger problem?

So you've already replaced the "fuse" before? (that big round thing in the fuse block)

Check your lights and brake light pressure switch. Also check the flasher relay.

You should have a pressure switch for the brake lines that activates your brake lights. Or you'll have a position switch like the 90's GM trucks.

With the lights staying on though, I'd lean more towards the flasher relay than a pressure/position switch. You could also double check the lights to make sure one isn't burnt out or something.

Mine were doing the exact same thing until a few days ago. Think the massive pothole I hit might've fixed it. Could try that or the things Manuellabour247 mentioned.

IIRC the flasher relay should be up on the firewall. I could be wrong.

I read somewhere that the hazards may have their own relay/fuse. Is that true? When I get home I will check it all out.

Maybe i will just have to get a new flasher relay.

I found this link. I guess I was incorrect in saying that there was another relay on the firewall in the engine bay. Just appears to be this one relay. It does give another fuse for lights though. Let me know if the link doesn't work.

EDIT** Link was bad.
