I know mine is a 90 so a few years newer but I have a flasher relay behind the glovebox. Can hear it clicking when the flashers are going.

I was thinking that as well. I could just be remembering my old 75 with the relay on the firewall in the engine bay. It's been a while since i had this problem. Lol.

Ok I will check it out tomorrow. I did however get the upgraded headlight harness in. One step closer to modern halogens! That as no effect on the flashers though. You guys ever do a dual battery setup? I am thinking I might need to do that because I just got a free 2,500 pound winch and my kc lights should be coming any day now!

Male sure you get an oversized alternator or run duals to keep the batteries charged. Otherwise you'll burn out a stock one faster than you think.

The battery I have now is on it's way out. What is the best dual battery kit to get?

I've always done my own. You can see where they'll fit then figure cables out. I've put them on the same circuit and I've made a separate circuit before. Just depends on the needs of the accessories. Heavy duty usually goes on different circuits so one doesn't kill the other.

I did it on a gasser snow plow set up using 2 circuits. Pulled a fuse box out of a junk yard and made it stand alone with 2 alternators. Newer stuff doesn't have the amp draw like the older accessories though.

Figure your maximum load on the circuit and go from there.

It looks like the hazards have their own relay. Pulled out the flasher relay and the hazards still work albiet not blinking. The hunt for this new relay begins!

Check the firewall in the middle. That's where it used to be on the older trucks.
