Yah it wont be my DD but we are both driveing an hour to meet in the middle so it should be pretty reliable

Look for cracks or repairs around the steering box bolts, and rust in the lower doors,
The 400hp 460 is possible, its not that hard like making 260hp with a 302.One of the racers here basically threw a huge cam and headers on a motor with stock guts , and a set of early small chamber heads, and made 502hp on the dyno at A&J Automotive

I dropped the tranny in the explorer on the way to meet the guy. ( mile long trail of smoke) so no trade.
