It's dealer-specific, always has been? I found two dealers in the Phoenix area that would honor X plan which was sufficient to find the right truck and purchase, back in February. Unfortunately you'll have to call around, or find a dealer who will honor X Plan.

X-Plan isn't offered on all models. It's also dealer-specific, i.e. a dealer can refuse to do X-Plan deals.

Ford discontinued the shareholder X-Plan benefit on 6/1/22.

I used the X-Plan to buy my truck but I had to call four different dealerships before I found one that would accept it.

I bought 100 shares of Ford to be eligible. But when they stopped that, I joined the Mustang Club of America to be able to use X-Plan.

I used X Plan (available through my employer) when I purchased my 2022 KR Powerboost in late November 2022. As stated above not all dealers choose to honor it, even though they may show up on Ford’s X Plan website when searching inventory.

X-Plan was dropped for BEVs I believe, so Lightning and MME, but still available for other models as long as the dealer is accepting it.

I just bought my KR through Granger Ford in Iowa even though I live in Texas. I think their pricing may actually be better than the X-Plan. If you don't mind the trip they are great to work with.

Back in October I found a truck coming in that was close to what I wanted. The manager had ordered it, he backed out so they offered it to me. The minute I said xplan they said no, marl. I said forget it and I will order a 2023. They didn’t even want to do that on xplan plus I had a pco from ford. I went to the dealer I purchased a superduty from a couple years earlier. They didn’t bat an eye ordered exactly what I wanted x plan and they said they would honor my pco ever if the truck didn’t get there before it expired, they were easy to deal with! I will use them for all my service and future purchases.

I just used Xplan to buy my 2023. Some dealers are back to taking them, some are not.
