I just used X plan to purchase a 23 Expedition at one dealership and I used it to order my F150 from a different dealership. No questions asked, even stacked multiple rebates.

How many X-Plan pins can you generate?

I bought my truck in June 2022 after trying to get dealers to accept X-Plan. It was when anything on a dealer lot was above MSRP. At the time I needed a ride so I bought a dealer-ordered truck. Dealers that would accept X-Plan were on custom orders only and at that time leadtimes were nine months plus so I bailed on using it.

I'm pretty sure it's only 2 per year. I have a Bronco Sport to buy for my daughter this Christmas that I won' have a pin for. But of the 3 vehicles, X-plan saved me the least on the Bronco Sport so that's why I used it on the other 2.

I also recently used an X plan pin I got from a friend that works at Ford's stamping plant in town. I emailed my salesman after the order was placed. He applied the X plan plus any/all possible Ford discounts I could get. This was in April.

What is the quickest and cheapest way to be eligible for x plan? My employer is not a Ford partner.

Join the Mustang Club of America, I think its $35 but I think you have to be a member for 6 months before you can get a PIN
