This is a typical ford issue. I have this problem but it never happens in our Rav4 Hybrid XSE

 

Correct, My Android Auto (wireless) disconnects with my 2021 F150 at the same traffic light every time I drive through a specific intersection. This WIFI disconnect issue happened in Feb. 2021 when first purchasing the truck. The issue stopped after a SYNC update months later, then the issue just started again recently after a new SYNC update. This only happens in my truck, not other vehicles we own so I know it's not my phone, it has to be the F150 infotainment system. I've researched many forums and tried different phone settings, reset truck infotainment, disconnected phone bluetooth and reconfigured phone to truck, but the WIFI still keeps disconnecting through the same traffic light.

The only fix I can find that works is using the USB C port that is in the open console area under the infotainment ***** area. The USB C port inside the enclosed console area does NOT do anything as far as Android Auto connection, that port only provides power but no radio connection.

 

I’ve had the same problem with car play and Bluetooth in certain places. It works perfect when I just plug it into one of the ports with the charging cable for a direct connection.

 

I get this message so frequently it hardly pisses me off anymore.
