Window Sticker-missing/wrong and added items
My window sticker just popped up last friday, built date this thursday the 24th. I ordered an stx/fx4 supercab. The 2.7 Payload Package is not on the sticker. Only ordered the 18 inch wheels. Sticker has 20" wheel package. Bed Utility package added. The payload and standard 18 wheels are on my order form. Told dealer ill keep the utiltiy since i already had tailgate step ordered and the LEDs will be nice. Only wanted the 18" wheels this time, better mpg, cheaper tires and mainly bad back, rt hip, rt leg issues as i got tired of climbing up in my last truck. Sales manager said he would check into it but likely nothing could be done. Wanted the payload for a slide in camper, but i guess ill have to take it. Been without a truck for over a year. Last 21 arrived but something leaked on hood/fender at dealership. They wouldnt fix it and bought it back with 133 miles. Anyone ever hear of this many errors on a window sticker?
Are you sure they have you the correct VIN & order information? Did you sign the order sheet when you placed your order? Once the VIN is assigned, you can't change anything with the order, so there's nothing you can do if it is your order other than submitting a new order or taking the truck that was ordered wrong.
FYI, the ride height of the 18" wheel/tire combination will be the same as the 20" combination. I don't want you to assume the truck will sit either 1" or 2" lower (depending on how you're trying to do the math).
Sounds like the truck in question may not be the one for you -I've never year heard of a slide in camper fitting a 2.7l truck configuration. A payload package is not the same as the big brother "HDPP" which offers extra carry capacity.

IMNUTS,
It does NOT match my order summary from back in October that i signed then. Has all the other unique options i wanted. I just built one online and that bed utility package prompts the 20 inch wheels. So who or whatever added that put me into those wheels.
16IngotFX4,
The 21 i had for 4 days with 18 inch wheels was much lower than my 2013 with 20 inch wheels. My brother has 18 sc with 20 inch and i believe it was the same height as my 2013. The 21 with 18s i could slide right out and touch the pavement without needing the steps. My 2013 and my brothers 2018 sc, i absolutely needed the running boards to get up in the truck. I have back, leg and hip issues. I specifically wanted the 18s as am planning for age and decline.
I was considering a light slight-in which is doable. My 21 payload was stickered at 1949lbs i think give or take 20;bs from memory.

Ask the dealer for a copy of the DORA (Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement) for your truck. That will be EXACTLY how it was ordered. If they screwed up your order, they should be doing something to make it right (e.g., get some free accessories or something) OR refuse the truck.

Or was it the actual DORA that looks like this?
