Default What are you getting for financing?

For those who have recently purchased a new vehicle ...what kind of financing are you finding? Specifically, term and interest rate. Credit score is not a concern.

I'm shopping around a little for if/when my '23 Lariat is built and delivered and had my long time bank give me an estimated rate of over 5% regardless of term. I know I'll get better through the dealership as they use my secondary bank locally for financing, but wanted to see what was happening elsewhere.

Ford offers 3.9% for 60 months. Or 2.9% for 48 months. That's thru Ford.com

I got 1.49% on a 65 month loan from my credit union in 2021, the best rate they offer now is 5.74% on loans up to 65 months. The Fed raised rates by 0.25% today so I expect my credit union to bump their rates up to 5.99% in the coming week. 0% for 36 months + $1,000 cash through Ford is probably the best option available right now, just make sure you aren't giving up any discounts or rebates when you accept their promotional financing offer. In my region there are normally a few thousand dollars worth of rebates that can't be combined with promotional financing, but it doesn't look like they have any available right now.

Sitting on a new car pre approval for up to 60k at 4.99 at a credit union for an 84 month term. Used term is 72 month at 5.14.

Not sure why they didn't give me a 60 month option but I haven't bothered calling.

I got 0% for 3 years. If Ford wants to let me use their money interest-free for three years, who am I to complain?

rates are crazy right now, got mine at 1.99/5 yrs in August of 21 using Wells Fargo through Ford. They matched my Credit Union at the time.. Credit Union now is around 7.5% which is crazy. Truck will be paid off early next year due to paying every 2 weeks..
