Hello. Look at the Ottocast TV Mate. It plugs in to the vehicles USB input and has an HDMI in so you can attach a Firestick or Apple box or whatever you want. And they are only about $50 on eBay! Full disclosure, I haven't bought one yet, so can't comment on it's quality, but the reviews are excellent everywhere. Cheers!

 

Thanks, I'll do some reading on that one. I'm tempted to buy a portable dvd player but the sound will be junk. I won't lose all my touch screen functions and we seem to drive thru a lot of dead zones. Maybe both.
