That's the most expensive Lariat I've even seen. Not knocking you but seems very high msrp.
You get the credit immediately at purchase. You do not need to wait more than days to pay off (or refinance) the Ford Credit loan - you simply call their 800#, or use their website, to find your payoff balance. The number of days before you can do this is dependent on your dealer putting the information into Ford's system so they can setup the loan. My mother's car took 10 days as I recall. Others have done it in less days.
To maximize Ford Credit's rebate, you usually take the unsubsidized loan rate. Taking a discounted rate often results in less rebate.

I waited a couple of months and paid off FMCC.
Sorry, I forgot to add the CAD currency. Looks like the same truck stateside is USD$64,280... pretty big difference but from a currency perspective it’s not bad. I got 15% off MRSP but have an 8-week wait for the truck. I’m getting Space White so hopefully Kansas has not had anymore major delays.
