Yes you should be able to get $10,000 to $12,000 off in Canada.

That's the most expensive Lariat I've even seen. Not knocking you but seems very high msrp.

Others have done it in less days.

To maximize Ford Credit's rebate, you usually take the unsubsidized loan rate. Taking a discounted rate often results in less rebate.
You've at least got to give them enough time to get the loan processed on the books. The other issue is the title which will be going from the state to Ford Credit. Whoever you're financing the vehicle will have to understand it may take a month or two before they receive the title from Ford Credit. Many credit unions and banks don't want to wait that long as they're at risk of you filing bankrupt in the meantime and placing them as an unsecured creditor (without any security interest in the vehicle.)

I waited a couple of months and paid off FMCC.

Sorry, I forgot to add the CAD currency. Looks like the same truck stateside is USD$64,280... pretty big difference but from a currency perspective it’s not bad. I got 15% off MRSP but have an 8-week wait for the truck. I’m getting Space White so hopefully Kansas has not had anymore major delays.

Considering we use a different currency that does not convert 1:1 with American Dollars, yes it certainly does.
