Therefore, I am looking at a 2021 Limited w/Powerboost engine. Sticker (blue box) is $74,260, dealer has "Instant Savings" online of $6.062 and incentives of $1,600 (I qualify for that amount) for a web site price of $66,568. X plan pricing is $69,413. Is there more room for price compression?

TIA
FYI the 2021 F150 has a phantom battery issue that is draining batteries left and right - no fix in sight, so don’t be surprised if you have to bring your truck to the dealer multiple times.

See the "below dealer invoice" or something thread that includes and Excel spreadsheet that will help you with actual cost. There are some sharp guys on here with insider information that can definitely help, but it always boils down to what it is worth to you.

By the time you pay tax and financing, you will be at an easy $75K. If a half-ton truck is worth that to you, spend it!!
They have agreed to the web site pricing, but they have also agreed to provide me with same % discount and order me one to my exact specs. I am trading in my 20 Ram, only loosing $5k. But worth it to get our of that truck. Only financing for 1 month to get the $1k credit.

Do you know if this effects the Powerboost? No mention in the article if it is across all engines.

You get the credit immediately at purchase. You do not need to wait more than days to pay off (or refinance) the Ford Credit loan - you simply call their 800#, or use their website, to find your payoff balance. The number of days before you can do this is dependent on your dealer putting the information into Ford's system so they can setup the loan. My mother's car took 10 days as I recall. Others have done it in less days.

To maximize Ford Credit's rebate, you usually take the unsubsidized loan rate. Taking a discounted rate often results in less rebate.

it affects some trucks, regardless of powertrain - this is the 12V battery - not the hybrid battery.

icecoldak,
"You can easy get 10K off sticker no matter what---My dealer starts at that price!!!" What dealer is that? I don't see anyone on this forum who has gotten anywhere near $10,000 below MSRP on a 2021 model year F150. Too new; too much demand; inventory is not ramped up yet. Many forum members believe that there won't be any decent incentives/competitive pricing until mid to late summer.

Supposedly, someone on another thread is getting this deal on a Platinum at Granger Ford in Iowa

MSRP = $65,375
Invoice = $60,919
Dealer Price = $59,009
All Offers = $4,350
Doc Fees = $225
Total pre TTL = $54,884

That's 16.05% of MSRP.

Potential for offers (if they all stack):
$2,000 - Exclusive Cash Reward
$1,000 - Ford Credit Retail Bonus Cash (#13878) Ford Credit Financing
$750 - College Student Purchase Program (#37866)
$500 - F-Series Retail Customer Cash (#13884)
$100 - 2021 Drive Assist Special Package Bonus Customer Cash (#13924)

So you are upside down $5K? Not bad for a 2020 RAM 1500.
