Sync 4 Defaulting to Settings on StartUp?
Any updates on this? The "MyView" settings just started defaulting to show only the default "Fuel" and "Trip 1" and removed the other views that I added. This happens every time I turn the truck off and start back up. I've had the truck for a 3 plus weeks and it worked fine until today.
Could this have been caused by an OTA update? How do you know when an OTA update happens?

Just finished chatting with Ford Service. Fixed the problem by rebooting the SYNC system with Module Reset.
1. Start engine
2. Hold the Power button (center of volume ****) and the Seek-right button (station seeking button on radio) down at the same time for up to 10 seconds.
3. Release buttons once the SYNC display indicates it is restarting.
Worked for me.
SUBSEQUENT EDIT:
Worked for the time the engine was running, then it went back to defaulting to SETTINGS.
Checking with the Ford "Over the Air Team."
According to Ford:the default to "SETTINGS" is an intentional part of the most recent update but they are getting a lot of feedback that most people do not want this default. They are planning a subsequent update to remove this feature and there is no fix to work around it until they change it by update.
