You wouldn't see a credit for the missing Assist 2.0, you just wouldn't see the charge on the options list.

The credits are for features baked into the trim level that don't have their own line item cost already.

It is for me. It's a little finicky. Sometimes I use the direct link from Ford and it starts working again. Try it by clicking in the link from Ford's direct e-mail. If not, then go to Incognito mode then copy and paste the link. It's not the same as the link you have, it's got a bunch of codes in it.

This is true unless you travel in areas without cell coverage. Cell coverage where I live sucks. With Connected Nav deleted from my '22 truck, I will be SOL when traveling in areas with bad cell coverage.

I got a message saying mine would be built without BlueCruise and Active Park Assist, and when it arrived, it had both.

Don't you need a cell signal to to create the hot spot?

It has it's own antenna, and is far more reliable than your cell phone.

It may have it's own antenna, but the truck still has to connect to a cell tower. If there is no cell coverage in the area, you are still SOL.
