Powerboost Question.
I've had my powerboost about 1 1/2 years and has 12k on it and for about a month it has been idling rough. (you can feel it while idling) and seems to stumble when starting from a light. I waited to post this so I could run a couple tanks of gas to make sure it was not bad gas. If it matters It started after driving 1500 miles on the highway.
I have the same truck with similar issues. 2021 powerboost platinum with about the same mileage as you. Its actually at the dealer right now because I complained about the transmission feeling rough particularly from lights or in the slow gears among some other warranty issues with the AC etc. unfortunately they only have one transmission tech and a backup so they said it will be several weeks till I get it back. Have already had them reset the transmission learning once hoping it would fix it. One thing they did tell me is if it has the auto hold on (holds in park so you can take your foot off the brake at lights etc) , it takes a second when hitting the gas to go off and the engine builds up RPM a little so when it kicks in it can feel like a lurch from a light. I was dropping it off at the time so i haven't gotten a chance to test if that actually helps by turning it off.

My ‘21 Powerboost Job 2 had a few PCM (Powertrain Control Module) upgrades. Updating the PCM has made the shift in my truck pretty much unnoticeable.
I do get the rough idle but, it seems to be appear infrequently. I liken it to the engine control module software not playing nice. There are also ECM software updates as well that may help.

If the engine is on while you're stopped and you're in normal or eco drive mode, it's either heating up to get to temp, or it's charging the battery. If the hybrid battery is charging, you'll get a lot more vibration. Either way it's normal from my experience, as all automatic transmission vehicles have done vibration when stopped and the engine is on. Try shifting into neutral to see if it smooths out.
As far as shifting, if you're a '21 model (possibly even '22), there have been several PCM updates released. Either get what you need to update it via FDRS on your own or get the dealership to do it. There are a few rough shifting TSBs out there I think, and the big change is the PCM update. I just got to the latest on mine last week and every iteration has had some improvement, but the first update was the most noticable.

of course they said they couldnt reproduce it despite the intake manager riding with me and noticing at least 2 hard shifts. They said its ready to be picked up today and they reprogrammed the computer again
I turned off the auto brake and it runs fine now. Idles much better and takes off from a stop with no hesitation. Thanks for the advice Cmill24. I do need to take it in for the wiper recall. Should I have them check or update anything else? Truck has not been back since I purchased it.

I find that interesting, I was under the understanding that a recall means it needs to be replaced. I even got a recall notice in the mail stating to call my dealer. A TSB is for if you have certain known problem, they will take care of it. Example I have the auto lock/unlock tailgate. If I complain it's acting up they will repair it. I'll be taking it in when I get home and take it in. I really think your dealer wrong, let's say you're driving down the highway and your wipers fail and you get in a bad accident. You could sue the pants off them. I would suggest you call another dealer. Make sure you have your vin handy as they will need it to see if yours does have the recall.
Recalls are typically a wide range of vehicles that could have a problem. The instructions for the technicians are typically to inspect the component to look for a specific part number, date code, or similar, and if found to replace it. Low cost items, or things easy to swap, are typically just replace regardless.
