It's a Ford man. They aren't known for quality interiors.

It's Pleather. I think Ford says they are leather trimmed seats if I'm not mistaken. Every car or truck I've seen that has leather has a better quality leather seat than my 2024 F150. My Wife's 4Runner has new Katskin's and there is a huge difference for sure.

Really? Out of all the possible issues you could have had, this is so unacceptable that it will be your last Ford? Obviously it's your money and your decision on what you decide to drive, but out of all the drive-train issues I read about on this forum, it just seems this would be not that big of a deal. I completely understand these things are pricey and they should be perfect, but they are not. None of the manufacturers are flawless either. I'd rather replace a seat as opposed to cam phasers or trying to figure out why my engine is sucking down a quart of oil every 1000 miles. Just sayin.

I’ve had other issues….
I would be ok with the seat issue at 10 years and 100k miles

A look at the seat covering surface shows it's not leather.!

I notice ALL leather seats wear faster than any cloth or vinyl I've ever had. They all quickly begin showing wrinkle lines and just continue to get worse. I keep my vehicles a long time and will never buy the stuff.
