Missing from Sticker
Good day my Ford family. I have a unique issue I ran into and wanted some feedback or information if anyone has been through this. Friday, I finally picked up my 2022 F150 XLT 4x4 Black package 302A and the truck is incredible. After taking it on the road I realized I didn't have front sensors but I do have them in the rear. After realizing this, I reviewed my original order paperwork I signed. The original order that I signed shows that I did choose Ford Copilot 360 assist 2.0, but when I look at the window sticker it is not there. I did get the 360 camera package but not the assist. After realizing this I reached out to the dealer letting them know the issue and am waiting for a response. I wanted that feature no matter what, but it's crazy to know the manufacturer missed it. Has anyone else experienced this issue? My thought is that the manufacturing plant missed imputing the Ford Copilot 360 assist 2.0 from my original order form that was signed at the dealership. Thoughts and concerns or examples? Any help would be much appreciated 👍.

My guess is the mistake came from the dealership entering the your custom order into the Ford ordering system.
The manufacturing plant has several quality checks for accuracy of orders. The dealership often only has the sales manager entering the order. The multiple “cruise control” levels all have similar names at Ford right now and this can be really confusing.
Something similar almost happened to me when I ordered my 2020 Super Duty. The heated wheel was buried into the rain sensing wipers. If you didn’t drill down to read what was in the rain sensing wiper package you would not have known a heated wheel was even offered. The dealership was ordering all their inventory super duties with no heated wheels thinking that option was no longer offered. This was a huge volume truck dealership that shipped vehicles all over the country and this sales manager had been there for over 15 years. The guy was not stupid. Ford often does not make it easy with how options are labeled and packaged.
Unfortunately, adding your missing features is nearly impossible after the truck is built.

The good thing is that with the 360 cameras, you still have a great option. I am now completely used to pushing the camera button as I am parking forward to see exactly how I am positioned in the space and how close I am to any forward obstacles even without relying on the sensors.

Yeah and that's the only thing that's aggravating this is my first Ford truck and I'm already experiencing this which I'm trying to say positive because at the truck is absolutely amazing.
Were any of those features part of a chip hold? If so, your truck was built to get delivered vs built the way it was asked for.
If those items are never removed due to chip hold, then I'd agree with others that the order was incorrect.
I do not know if you have any recourse.
You do have documents stating that is the truck you thought you were getting but you also left the dealership with the vehicle that was delivered.
Is the purchase price different enough to reflect the omitted options? Assuming you didn't pay the same vehicle price for the truck that was delivered not matching the document you have signed indicating the vehicle you thought you were getting.

If it was a dealership mistake, don't hold that against Ford. If the salesman can produce a document stating the order was accurate then perhaps consider a bitter impression of Ford Motor Company. It's probably something you will never get an answer to.
