Sorry to tell you it was a Ford issue. They removed Co-Pilot assist from a lot of trucks. You probably don’t have Nav or Sirius XM either. I let a custom order go to the lot because it got pulled. Sirius and Nav are not a big deal, but Co-Pilot 2.0 was a deal breaker. If your sticker shows a credit for Sirius/Nav removal, that will confirm it.

 

It shuld look something like this that you signed after reviewing your special order was correct? Dealer should have emailed it to you. Check whether copilot was on it??

 

Doesn’t matter if it was on DORA or not. Ford pulled them off. Dealers were notified and supposed to let customers know, but it was a blanket e-mail so their sales rep may not have even seen it.

 

Same items were deleted on my order as well. Copilot assist, connected navigation and Sirius XM. I read on Ford Authority I think around June that Ford was deleting them from dealer orders. I checked my custom order and it had been deleted. Complained to my dealer that I understood the deletion should only be on dealer orders for stock not custom orders. Dealer was able to get it reinstated and my truck was built in late August and when I took delivery in October it was correct. Basically Ford made the deletion and if the customer didn't complain they saved some chips.
