Default Light bar

I know there's probably a thread on this already but for the life of me I can't find it. .aybe someone can point me to right spot . I have a 23 stx fx4 and I'd love to put a light bar in front like my last truck but there's no spot already open for it on my truck. I don't want the windshield mounted . I was thinking if possible maybe behind grill if possible or do any of you have any mounted I could see.

Can I ask that you be sure not to blind on-coming traffic with it's focus, use and location?
The use of these lightings is getting out of hand everywhere.
Thanks.

O no mine is definitely off road use only. I live in the woods and go riding in the woods and use it to see better. I've never turned it on while on a public road.

Someone did post pictures of a light bar where the number plate goes.

the danger there is affecting the functionality of the Adaptive cruise radar system. If you have that of course.

Do a single row, but don't put it behind the grill it will take away too much of the light. It is easy to create your own mount to put it in front. A single row aimed down works very well and does not blind oncoming vehicles, although lightbars should only be used offroad.

I was kind of thinking of taking off playe holder and seeing options there. I don't have the radar stuff it's just an stx. I don't want to just mount on bumper or something I'd rather it look like it kind of belongs and not just stuck on truck [if that makes sense] lol. I dont use it on roads just on my long driveway and trails in the woods. I'm definitely not trying to poss off people by blinding them. Lol

It is very light and this so it does not need a lot to hold it, I made 2 brackets with flat steel that had holes in it, and cut it in lengths, and bent it to fit into the grooves behind the grill, then the bolts suck it up to the plastic. Have done this on 6 trucks now so there is no drilling into the truck at all it is just the pressure of the bolt holding it againt the grill. That 32inch bar is super light and is curved so it throw light perfectly in front of the truck. With the bracket you just bend it on the ends enough to slide into the back of the grill slots so it wont move out of its spot, its simple but does the trick, had it on my 15 then 18 and 19 now both my 22 and my sons. You can barely see it here, also my single row, and sons double row flood spot.We both do a lot of offroading as we hunt and fish all year and never had an issue with this setup on these trucks or the previous.
