It is very light and this so it does not need a lot to hold it, I made 2 brackets with flat steel that had holes in it, and cut it in lengths, and bent it to fit into the grooves behind the grill, then the bolts suck it up to the plastic. Have done this on 6 trucks now so there is no drilling into the truck at all it is just the pressure of the bolt holding it againt the grill. That 32inch bar is super light and is curved so it throw light perfectly in front of the truck. With the bracket you just bend it on the ends enough to slide into the back of the grill slots so it wont move out of its spot, its simple but does the trick, had it on my 15 then 18 and 19 now both my 22 and my sons. You can barely see it here, also my single row, and sons double row flood spot.We both do a lot of offroading as we hunt and fish all year and never had an issue with this setup on these trucks or the previous.
Interested in this setup.
I also had a '15 Plat where a Putco Luminix fit perfectly just below the grille. Almost looked factory.
I'm struggling to find a good, clean light bar on my '22 Plat, the Plat grille makes it very difficult to place anything.
Can I ask what bar you used? Would prefer the single row, opposed to your son's double.
AS for the naysayers about using on public roads... The roads out to my lake place are dark, littered with deer, turkey and an occasional bear, I want to see them well before any collision and yes, of course, they get flipped off at any sign of an oncoming car. My 65-66 Mustang foot highbeam switch is way better and quicker accessed than any of the newer dash based switches.
But back to the light, what manufacturer and model please.

I got this one as a deal because it said damaged but it had a scratch you could not even see., My sons has great light output that would blind anyone coming and covers well into the ditches but if it it snowing of fog has to much scatter making it harder to see. Mine is aimed slightly lower and I find the single row does and amazing job of providing good light on the road in both the clear night and when its snowing or foggy. Prior to the single row I always had double row and found it to bright in snow or fog, but now I prefer the single row aimed right. It has held up great for a year and at the price it was a great deal, also has a vent to allow you to open to allow moisture to escape if any gets in. The steup used has worked on every grill we have had since 2015. I use this on the 22 maily for coming out of the woods in the dark and I find the single row is perfect, lotsa light and slim fit.
I think there was a commercially available bracket for trucks prior to MY2021. I had a guy fabricate brackets and mount a 20" Rough Country. https://www.roughcountry.com/20-inch...-70920bda.html
Yes, I have a 5.0 so not worried about an intercooler.

I love the look of that. Is that the factory plastic around it did you cut it or what. the light looks like it belongs and factory.

This is a top down view with the grill off and the that bumper trim off that is between the formal bumper and the grill. C-bracket that came with the light bar that attaches to the back of the light bar rather than the spindles on each side. He fabricated a Z-type bracket to connect to that.
