I wouldn't level perfectly. If doing bilstein I'd come up 1 rung from stock to keep a touch of rake. I have to take mine back in to have the shop drop me down to the 2nd ring (1 above stock) because the front rides 3/4 higher than the rear.

Did a 1.5 level on my 2014, kept more rake than most but love it. Looks so much better.

I wouldn't level a truck I planned to do any heavy towing with.

If you have to ask the question the answer is NOT.

As much better as level looks than the factory nose-dive, squat when towing is that much worse

I say do it if that's the look you want. The whole point of a weight distribution hitch is to transfer weight evenly across all the axles of the tow vehicle and the trailer. Properly set up, that itself cuts out most if not all of the squat you'd get otherwise. Have you used your trailer set up on another vehicle to see how it affects it?

Mine was leveled when I bought it and I tow a 5000lb boat trailer with no weight distribution and a little nose lift fine....and I like the way the truck looks when I"m NOT towing which is the majority of the time.
