Do you have a pic of your F150 while towing? How does it look. If it looks relatively level than leave it alone. Done ! If you still have a slight Rake, then go for a 1 or 1.5" level.
I never tow anything, went with 2" suspension level. Just haul every now and then ( 400-700lbs., rare occasion 800-1200 lbs. )
