Default Headlights

Can anyone explain what the headlights are for the different trim levels on the new model? I don't know about reflectors or projectors / LED and Halogens.............I just need good lowbeams for a lot of night driving and my tired old eyes.

XL to XLT 301A are halogen

XLT 302A to Lariat 501A are LED reflector. They are like the current LED's available on the higher end 2015's to 2020's.

Lariat 502A to Limited are LED projector. I am assuming they will have a better beam pattern and sharper cutoff. They will also include a feature that turns them slightly when the steering wheel is turned. I have them on my ST and the wife has them on her Edge. Very underwhelming and don't help seeing into a turn as well as you would think.

If you want good low beams, shoot for n XLT 302a or above,

You have one error, Lariat 501A are halogen and not LED. Also, 500A are halogen as well.

Sorry, I guess I missed the year post. That's cool that Ford is dropping the Halogens for the Lariat 501A what about the 500a?

As I stated before, XLT 302+ is LED headlights. Including the 500A. It's all in the order guide.

The 500a has LED headlights. Anything 302a and higher has LED headlights.

Does the the lowest level Lariat ( 500A ???) still get the 4A AWD? Sure wish the 302A had it!

Yes. 500A gets 4A. It's under Mechanical in the screenshot I posted.
