Does this actually work? I just picked up my 21 f150 xlt from the dealer cause I needed some stuff done. While it was there I asked if he could turn on the global window. When I picked it up the paper said it's not a feature that my truck has. I find that hard to believe. So I'm wondering if anyone has it done.

 

I had to turn it on with Forscan. If you have the DDM (Drive Door Module) and PDM (Passenger Door Module) then you should be able to turn it on.

 

Forscan. Start reading about the fun stuff you can do with it.

 

Enabled Global windows on mine too with FORSCAN.

 

You can enable the front windows through Forscan, but not the back windows or the roof.

 

So even though the dealer is not able to do it this forscan will?

Ditto for me with FORSCAN. Only does the 2 front windows though.

 

Does anyone know if the forscan is like the Dodge version? I have a buddy that has the Dodge version and it sounds like with his he does not have to put in codes or anything. Everything that can be done is in a drop down menu.
