Not so much "able" as "willing". Yes, ForScan will enable global windows. You may need to assign it to the Sync screen. I turned on all the settings, but had to go back and enable the switch on the screen (may be only in Sync 4, my '20 Explorer doesn't have the switch, just the door modules). Also, if the windows are not one-touch, they won't respond to the command.

Global windows can be mildly entertaing at times. I recently lowered my front windows as I was leaving a local business. When I got to the parking lot a man was staring at my truck. I asked if there was something I could help him with. "I was just amazed to see the windows come down with no one in the truck" was his response. He was still staring as I left.
