FX or not?
Getting ready to order a 26 and was thinking I wanted the FX package? However I have noticed the 2026 comes with Locking differential standard and that is the key feature I am interested in . I don't do any real off roading and will be changing out the shocks and tires rather soon. The "crawl, descend" features don't really appeal to me and the larger tank and skid plates are a none event for my use. The actual 4wd w locking differentials are the same correct? Are here really any other features or reason I should consider the FX?
thanks

All the super cabs and super crews come with the 36 gallon tank now anyway, so that’s not an option, like the e locker.
Sounds like you don’t need the FX4 package, so skip it.
I personally did not want the FX4 package on my STX. Hated the bumpers and I don’t need or want any of the other features.

You do not get a plate, my FX4 in 2022 came with no plate. They stopped installing the diaper.
Save all you can on the 2026's because the price is stupid.
