Had this happen to me. My service manager found the solution.

SSM 49721

Some 2021 F-150 vehicles equipped with one-touch up/down front windows and built on or before 08-Mar-2021 may exhibit a window not responding to one-touch controls, does not open all the way and/or bounces back when using the one-touch close function. This may be due to a calibration parameter in the driver door module (DDM) and/or passenger door module (PDM). To correct the condition, reprogram the DDM and PDM using the latest level of the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool then perform the Power Door Window Initialization procedure for both the DDMand the PDM.

Happened to me a couple time until i noticed that another window was either cracked or open... I use the rear window a lot. If I leave the rear window open and close all the other windows the drivers side will 'bounce' and not close completely. It is telling me there is another window open. I confirmed this with the rear windows as well. Once I close them, the drivers side door window closes normally.

The first time it happened I kept trying to start/stop accessory mode and get it to close. Once I got it to close, one-touch stopped working. YMMV

When you get the window closed, hold the switch all the way up for a few seconds, it resets it. Nice and quick - I have a Toyota that it happens on and that's how I discovered it.

Wink window problem

I recently had this problem after replacing a battery on a 2018 Mitsubishi RVR. I used the reset method. Rolling down the window and holding, then rolling back up. Did this 3 times and voila! fixed my problem.

Both my 2022 5.0 and sons 2022 2.7 are doing the same. Both passenger window. Very frustrating.

Mine did it, and with the Deep Sleep issues...Stage 3 video stated this could be caused by battery getting bad. So there were two signs...so just replaced the battery.
The Stage 3 video did reset it, but didnt want to take a chance...

My sons battery was replaced less than a week ago as the truck would not start and had many errors.
