I have a Ford dealer 3.2 miles away and drive by them on my way to a competent dealer.
I can see them wanting it overnight to see how it operates first thing in the morning.

So 18NO3 only appears to cover 2015 - 2018 models. The exact same condition occurs with my 2021 model. Am I out of luck? Is it OK if my door won't latch?

Is it OK if your door won't latch? No. Is it OK to berate someone trying to help inform you? Same answer.

Now the problem has expanded to the interior handle. While the door today was latching the inside handle was froze solid. This happened yesterday. I forced it, heard something snap and it flopped lose. Thought I broke something. But when I got the door to finally latch the interior handle worked as it should. Today I tried a heat gun and PB Blaster on the interior handle. The truck was running and the heat building. Today I did not force the handle. But kept checking it to see if it would start to move. It finally did and everything started to work properly. Only took a half hour of warm up and a lot of fiddling.

On my 23 F-150 there’s no issues with the exterior handle. The interior handle has the issue but 15-20 mins with the interior cab heat on 1st thing in the morning is my fix. As long as I don’t force the interior side handle to the open position within 15-20 mins it’s issue free & latches perfect

Looks like that's the only thing that works. By the time I got to the store the inside handle worked fine, and for the rest of the day. Stopped and filled up with gas since I burn up more in my driveway now then it takes to make my short trips.

Maybe the Heat Group option- heated seats, heated wheel and heated actuators will be an option in 2026...
