Default Door alignment

I have 4100 miles on the clock and all's well with the exception of the drivers door/ fender. The body lines are off about a 1/4''. The pass side ok.
I overlooked this upon delivery. I might attempt it myself, but I may make it worse. A warranty issue?. Poor Quality control on fitment
The door closes properly with no wind noise .........so leave it or tweak it?

Default Door Alignment

I measured the vertical distance to be an 1/8'' not a 1/4.'' Still the pass side is right on, why can't the drivers side be the same.

My '21 XL super crew as well as the '21 STX super crew of someone else I know is like this. I ALWAYS notice it when I'm looking in my driver's side mirror. the driver's door like sags in the rear. He had never noticed it on his until I pointed it out. I'd like to try to get them to fix it before the bumper to bumper is up but I don't have another vehicle right now to be leaving mine at the dealer for extended periods.

if it makes you feel better my 22 is the exact same, its off on drivers side. I can see it in the mirror, passenger side is perfect., Now go check your rear wheels, you will find that the passenger side sticks out a little farther than the drivers side. I check other trucks on dealer lot and they all were like this too. quality with ford is brutal!

Didn't notice until I got home after purchasing the truck. But this is how my 21 was brand new. Driver side was perfect…passenger side not so much.

I have the same door alignment issues. One side is perfect and the passengers side is a little out of wack! I also noticed the differences in tire poke on the rear axle, weird quirks. Hasn’t bothered me enough to pursue!
