Ask the body shop guys at the stealership if they can do something about it. Try the adjustment yourself if you want. I adjusted my driver door and its better than it was. Is it perfectly aligned, nope. Like SpaceWhite said, doesn't bother me enough to pursue further.

I had same problem on my 22 sent back to dealer for realignment they did it and doors are back to being off again. This is unacceptable for me being this is 70k truck. I will not rest on this. They will fix rite or take back the truck. Also have fish eyes in paint on passenger door. The qc on this truck was horrible.

I finally went to a SE Wi Ford dealer that had a body shop. Showed their top tech. He said, "The way the door closes so nice, I'd leave it alone otherwise if I adjust it you'll have possible wind noise''. Decided to get another opinion from a Ford dealer. The manager looked at it and said 1 to 3 hours. I made appointment and 1.5 hours later the manager looked at his work and replied 'perfect' I said what, the fender lines are worse off now. I was not happy with the work and left. Now the door is much harder closing with window up. There are no socket markings on hinge bolts So I'm guessing he did not adjust the hinges just forced the latch by moving the striker up. Does anyone one have a Body Manual on Gen 14 for the proper door alignment procedures or where I could get this detailed descriptions . My previous vehicle I bought the Chiltons online but the illustrations were very poor to see. Thanks much appreciated.

Sounds like you need to find a better service department (body shop). I don't have the manual. Good Luck
