man these experience scare me...
When the truck goes into deep sleep, can you still start it?
Alternatively - can you jump start it with one of those jump starters with lithium batteries?

No start on the vehicle for 14 days or more.
Outside temp is below a certain number. ( It doesn't get very cold where I live so I didn't pay attention to what temp it was)

None of those apply to me or my truck, so I don't get what's the problem. My truck is my everyday driver. It's not cold where I am. It has to be low battery voltage. They say they can't make it act up.
I see all of those!

My truck is nice enough to send me a message letting me know though.

Default You should be able to.

Mine always started by using the key-fob to enter the truck, then push the start button. It has never left me with a no start condition....yet anyway. I have a NOCO jump pack, but haven't had to use it.

My 5.0 regularly sits for 2 weeks. And it was below zero again this morning. Ive never seen this deep sleep mode and never failed to remote start. I also have no at&t service so my Ford pass usually says my truck is still in the nearest town.

When its cold out is precisely why i buy a vehicle with remote start. I'm going to be highly upset if my truck decides it's "too cold" to remote start. Lol

The deep sleep just disables Ford Pass service (and some of the other behind the seen nannies) since it cuts off the search for ATT service. It still starts with key or fob remote start. That's the purpose of the sleep mode, to ensure the battery is saved for its real purpose. Similar to the truck turning off the radio or lights if left on too long while not running.

Then I wouldn't know. Makes sense. I have no att service without leaving my house by a few miles. Lol

I did and they replaced the battery and it worked for about 3 days and now it goes into deep sleep again. I hate this. What parasitic electric issues should I look for and/or how can turn it off. I do not have remote start on my key foab only through Ford Pass.

Have you tried resetting the BMS? I bet that'll work.

Can I do that myself or do I need to take it to the dealer. My dealer keeps telling me his computers keep going down and are not reliable.
