Is it a crazy thought?
Been seeing a lot of Bronco's around lately and have been thinking about trading in or selling my 2015 F150 for a Bronco. Haven't been able to find one close by to test drive or even look in. Did anyone consider one before getting their F150? If you did why did you you pick the F150? Any help or insight would be apprciated.

Or are there more I have not seen yet.
One thread would be good.
Accidentally posted in the 2015-2020 page first. Figured not many people on that page had considered a bronco in 2015 through 2019 when the bronco was not even out yet. So I thought I'd ask the group more likely to have made the consideration between the 2. Thanks for your help. It was greatly apprcieated.
I think you’ll regret losing so much room the F150 gives you. You’ll miss the refinement of the F150.

At the first oil change I traded it and the F150 out for a 2022 F150 and haven't looked back.
The tranny shifted like crap way to late, I would be going up a small hill at 35 to 40 MPH and the dam thing would not downshift into a lower gear. This caused it to lug because it was in too high a gear. Comfort on a long trip for me being 5' 9" 185 was dismal. I had to stop every two hours to get out and walk around for 10 to 15 minutes. It got so bad between eastern TN and MO I stopped on the way home half way. Yup an 8 hour trip took me two days.
If you are used to a flat floor forget it in the bronco. The back seats lay down and have a large hump. If you lay the back seats down you have to move the front seats forward then lay the Bach seats down. If you want them up you have to move the front seats forward and lift them then move the front seats back. The rear seats are even worse than the front for comfort. If you want to haul a few 2x4x8s you will need to push them into they sit on the dash.
Think Escape but smaller on the inside. If you want to small suv that almost is a suv, then this is for you.
The full size bronco might be different, but the bronco sport is not for me. I did get 28mpg on my one long trip, but I will settle for 22mpg and comfort.

I cant make decisions for you, only for me.
I would stick with the pickup truck, but that is would I would do.
You can do what you decide.

Been there done that. I had a 2021 F250 PSD. The job (reason) I bought it had ended and with the cost of fuel going up I decided to trade it in on something else. There was on full size bronco on the lot and several of the bronco sports. I traded it in for some cash and a bronco sport. This was in Feb I also bought a 2015 F150 XL to haul stuff in if needed.
