I order a JOB # 2, 2022 XL standard cap on 22 Feb 2022, and received the confirmation from Ford the same day, no VIN or any other communications yet.

What happens if I went to the dealer and made a couple of changes on my current order or canceled my order and reorder? The way thing are going, probably end up getting a 2023 either way.

 

Without a VIN, you can make all the changes you want.

 

Yeah, but there were a couple price increases since January .. would I get hit with the price increase?

 

No, as long as you arent doing a major change like trim (xl to xlt or lariat), minor options will keep you price protected from your original order date.

On-Board Scales with Smart Hitch

It'll be the nicest 502A Lariat on the west coast.

 

Almost to platinum levels! One thing to remember is your payload is going to be REALLY low with all of the added weight of each option and being a powerboost.

 

You're right.. I just switched the Trailer Tow Package with Max Tow Package... good thinking.

 

What does everyone mean when they say JOB#1 and JOB#2. I ordered Feb 28 and have confirmation.

 

are you scheduled? If not, it will be job 2. There are some changes between the trucks features allowed.

 

It should say on your dora. I ordered Feb 22nd and am job 2 so sure you are too.
