Default Automatic software update issue

What do I have to do to get this working? I'm showing an update is ready but I've tried at least 8 or 9 times and it keeps failing. It's parked, I have a great wifi connection, engine off, all lights are off, emergency brake on, all doors closed and locked, even have a charger on my battery in case it's a little low but the hood is closed, battery is not low though. This is ridiculously hard to update, not to mention all the damn recalls. What a mistake it was switching from my Ram to this truck. Any ides on how to get the update working? When I first bought the truck the updates were slow but they did work.

Turn off the wifi. I got more updates faster when the trucked was parked away from my wifi.

Here is a video. I did not do this but something to try.

Did you have to reset other functions after the reboot (timing for lights, towing settings, radio stations etc.)?

VIN is 1FTFW1E87MFA202262. I did the reset option also and that didn't work. My truck was always extremely slow with getting updates but I did get them over wifi and without having to manually update it. Now when I click on update it prompts me to turn off the truck etc. then counts down the 2 minutes and shuts down like it's trying to update but never does.

It is failing due to low battery specs. Capacity is good at 66 out of 70, but the charge itself is way to low at 52%. You need to charge up the 12v battery for it to go through.

Rugedraw,
How do you look up information on someone's truck when they give you a VIN number?
What black magic is this?
Are you a Ford tech?
Respecfully,

lol No, but I have access to the most of the things Ford dealer employees have access to. I work for Jaguar/Land Rover now.

Is downloading files on a desktop to a flash drive no longer available?

Thank you rugedraw, I actually thought it might be that and placed a charger on my battery but tried to update it about an hour later with the charger still attached thinking that would be plenty of charge to get through the update. Artsr2002 when I was trying to find a solution I looked it up and apparently the sync4 systems can't be updated by downloading to a flash drive then uploading to the truck. Maybe someone can shed some light on that to verify it because would be much easier.
