2021 Powerboost problems
I bought my 2021 F150 powerboost in Nov. 2021. There was a vibration when I was going up a hill, on cruise control at 55 to 60 mph. The vibration would start and last the entire hill. I took it back to the dealer. They confirmed the problem and per Ford replaced the transmission. That did not fix the problem so Ford told them to replace the Powertrain Control Module. After installing the PCM and reprogramming everything that still did not fix the problem. When they contacted Ford then Ford said this is a normal characteristic of this truck. Has anyone else had this issue?

Interesting observation. The cruise control should prevent my theory but here goes.
55 miles per hour up a hill is generally a low RPM and it's a common complaint for a vibration or misfire feel in a modern vehicle. They don't like to downshift without heavy foot feedback, and the excessive load has always, from the beginning of time, mimicked a misfire condition.
Cruise should have kicked down if necessary. If not though, without actually feeling it for myself, I would not be surprised if it's just a characteristic of the motor lugging under load.
All I can suggest as a test procedure, simply shift down a gear or maybe 2 while you're cruising at 60 mph up a hill and see if it smooths out. I'm assuming you are in 10th gear during this experience as well.
