To this day, after 1500 miles, I can still hear it.

The other loud noise I can hear is the woosh. I am guessing its the turbos, even though I am surprised how often they woosh.

Coming from a 2.7 2019 F150, I am surprised how much noisier the truck is. I am ok with the woosh if it is from the turbos, but the whining is embarrassing, especially from a brand new truck.
That's why they included an 18 speaker B&O system.

1. Turn it to 11
2. Go deaf
3. ???
4. No more cabin noise to complain about.

The only issue Im having is finding a cap for this truck.

Its so new that hardly any are made yet and of course the Covid is the reason for anything not available.
