Default Intercooler Options/Recommendations

So far I've found CVF, Mishimoto, Whipple, and AFE all seem to be very similar in size. Only differences I have found is that CVF is much cheaper. Also, Mishimoto has the drain plug (?) while the others do not. Appreciate any recommendations you all have. I'm not looking to tow anything, but plan to add downpipe and exhaust in the near future. Just want a cooler, more efficient engine as I plan to have this truck for several years.

Not disagreeing, wondering if you can elaborate?

FWIW - I have an Injen sitting on the shelf, not sure what I think of it, other than it's heavy, and looks to be good quality.

The AFE downpipes seem to be the best of the bunch, surprised to hear the IC is no good.
