Technically your getting a tune your truck can benefit from an aftermarket CAI. Atleast, from what I have read ..

Its a PID called "inlet pressure" I believe on the SCT and possibly Torque Pro if you have the PID details. I also can see it on my OBDLink App with the 2014 Ford plugin, but you need the OBDlink bluetooth adapters to use that app and they are pricier.

The sensor in the air intake is a MAP sensor so you can get an idea of the pressure drop across the filter. I actually saw a decent improvement when I put a clean filter in my truck and picked up like a lb of airflow. My turbos are maxed ~38 lbs because of my altitude.

I doubt that will see it since the inlet pressure is a Ford specific PID as opposed to an SAE PID. Thats only going to read the generic SAE PID's that you get on any vehicle.

You will probably need to use the LiveLink software to create a new datalog file for the X4. You will have to add the PID's you want to see because I don't think the default X4 datalogging has that specific one.

Either that or just datalog it with the Livelink Software on your PC.

I’m still learning how to do that. I took my lap top last time I went racing and was able to get to the screen with the PID’s but couldn’t figure out how to datalog them.

Datalogging through the software is kind of a pain in the ***. When you open it you will see a button at the top that says Export DLX/DLF. Once you select the parameters you want to log you can export that straight to the device, but I think its limited to like 30 PID's or something.
