Default 5 Star Tune Issues

Morning,
I’m running 5 star tunes in my 2015 f150 3.5l ecoboost
the tunes have been loaded since last week Friday.
I’m running solo performance downpipes and a custom exhaust with resonator and muffler.

So the issue started immediately when I went for my first test drive under load or acceleration to speeds +60 the truck had a sputter like a misfire. Called 5 star and was told to change my plugs out and GAP them down to 30thou. I did and it fixed the large sputter.
Now the truck has a surge issue under load in a high gear low speed it builds boost and. Seems like it’s nit going anywhere like it’s hard to get the truck to rev past 4K withougt kicking it down hard and getting past the low rpms so it takes the boost almost seems like air fuel ratio is off and it can’t take the boost.
The tunes I purchased
90 perf/tow
92 eco
92 perf only

I’ve emailed them again saying i would like to have the tunes looked at again and possibly data logged but no response second day now and the truck is not fun to drive. Many things I dislike the shifting was good I thought untill about 100 Miles after switching tunes it begins to do the fast shifting again and gets to a high gear to fast and you end up to much boost and surging.
also at a stop the tranny clunks into first now like a rolling start almost clunks the truck to a stop to get into gear.

All of these issues weren’t there before the tune and seem to change/worsen as the tune gets more miles in the truck.

If if anyone has any insight in there tunes be greatly appreciated. I know while writing the tune it gives you options for changing things is shift pressure or anything in those options would help?

Apologies for the explanation hard to describe the issues haha

Thanks

Alex

Have a little patience with them. They tune a lot of trucks. Tuning isn't a perfect science so they will not get every truck bang on, on the first try. I'm on revision 36 with my current tuner. Flash a tune - log - email log - receive revision - repeat.

You need to datalog. The instructions are on their site.

Agree - datalog, and send it to them with some explanation of what you're experiencing. If it's acting up and seems like it might be a danger to itself, then go back to the stock tune after data-logging until they can get another tune out to you. They seem to be taking about 4-7 days right now to get a revision back, unless something harmful is spotted.
