5.0 with Whipple
So I super charged my 2018 F150. I ended up cracking the stock pistons. We rebuilt motor with all forged parts. Went back in with the original block. Removed the catalytic converter‘s and straight piped it. I have added a alkali control system and inject M-1 fuel into my air intake. Because I’m in California 91 octaneIs the only thing available. After 10,000 miles I started getting a loud knock come to find out I have scored number six and number eight cylinder. We are about to rebuild it again with a sleeved block. I am wondering if I should Try to switch to E 85 instead of the M1 injection system does anybody have any input?

The thread linked above has some great info and answers many questions.
Do you have any more back story on the truck?
Who built it
Who tuned it
How much boost
How is it used
How did your datalogs look
Any other supporting mods
The fact that you blew the motor twice to me shows that you had some major issues that were not resolved. Really sucks and I'm sure your pretty frustrated.

I put a Whipple 2.9 stage three supercharger on the truck from a mechanic in San Bernardino that Whipple recommended.
Truck ran great for 9 months then the cats clogged and cracked two pistons. We pulled the motor and replaced with Manley foraged parts
and all new internals. We added the Alkycontrol to help cool the fire. At about 5000 miles the cat clogged again and we caught before trouble, removed them and straight piped.
Now we have discovered from a bad knock after 10k miles cylinder 6 and 8 are scared. We are going to pull the motor and replace the block with a sleeved block. We have also
come across a problem with the cooling on the 5.0 there is a issue getting the coolant to #6 and #8. I have purchased a MMC kit to get the cooling to the back side.
Who built it
K-Powered in So Cal
Who tuned it
Don't think I should name here but let me say a professional tuner that does it full time
How much boost
11 psi
How is it used
Daily driver
How did your datalogs look
Good as far as I know, I am a construction guy not a mechanic... I know enough to be dangerous!
Any other supporting mods
Nope

I catch a lot of grief for saying this, but the compression ratio really needs to be lowered if reliability is to be expected.
