Default 3.5EB How Much Boost?

Just loaded a performance tune in my '19 3.5EB and saw just over 19 lbs of boost. I still need to datalog it to see what it's holding full time, but lowest I saw was 18's with a high of 19.4 on a quick 0-70 pull.

Curious what others are seeing because I was surprised to see it that high. Not complaining...truck runs strong!

18+ 3.5 trucks have bigger compressor wheels than the 17 and older trucks. On older ones you were more likely to see around 18-19 lbs. On the newer ones 19-20 would be more likely to be seen.

Perfect! That's exactly what I needed to know.

I will work on getting a data log to see where I'm at. Would be great if I can still turn this up a bit more.

Happy with the 5Star tunes, but will probably switch to Unleashed for my hottest tune. He's just so easy to work with for revisions.

with ethanol the boost doesnt' necessarily go up. Timing goes up.

You'll probably see on 93 like -5 timing down low and as you rev it goes up and up til up around 5800 you're at 6-10 degrees of timing.

on e30 you should see something like 12-14 degrees of timing and on e50 you should see 14-18 degrees of timing.

I see you're on revision 5. Did they provide you with a config file for data logging? I looked around their Site, but didn't see anything.

Thanks to everyone for the help here!

The datalog instructions are on their website. You use SCT LiveLink II to log.

Perfect! That's what I was looking for. Specifically that list of PIDS/DMR's.

I'm good with the LiveLink part. Used this same programmer on my last 3.5EB vehicle (MKS) just didn't know what 5Star would want logged.

Just for reference. My 2018 4x4 Screw 3.5 with 3:55 gear shows low 17's on the my analog Autometer gauge and SCT X4. 100% stock.
